Sensitive and innovative design

With a Tullamarine freeway backdrop and double-storey residential housing on either side, the design of this development required great sensitivity.

The result is a form which restricts views over adjoining residences and reduces traffic noise. Winter gardens were also used as a buffer between homes and the freeway, while also providing greater indoor/outdoor living spaces for residents.
