Space, style and local character
New Kingsley was designed to meet the growing demand for more diverse residential designs part of Melbourne’s northern suburbs dominated by traditional detached dwellings. The development consists of 30 spacious apartments and eight townhouses, with ground level parking for residents.
The apartments and townhouses are separated by an internal thoroughfare as a transition between the residential form to the east and an existing apartment development to the west. As the area is predominately sensitive to one and two storey forms, the top level is heavily recessed to reflect this local character
