We understand the difficulties of our employees in maintaining a balance between work and family life, and appreciate that is not always easy to juggle both. With this in mind we offer:

Training and development opportunities in the form of both in-house and external training courses and seminars.

Assistance with architectural registration including tutorials, log book, registration exam, interview and the initial application phase.

Paid study leave for permanent employees with 2 or more years’ service whose study is specific to their work at Point Health Architects.

A keep in touch program for parents on maternity leave.

Casual employment opportunities so students can gain practical experience alongside their studies. We offer casual work (1 or 2 days a week) during the semester and potentially full time work during the holidays.
